The purpose of Women In Networking (WIN) is to provide a forum for the interchange of leads, ideas, and contacts in the business community; provide fellowship and cooperation among members; assist in the improvement of techniques and methods of doing business; promote and encourage the development of others as individuals and professional persons and to provide a forum for our members.

Located in Louisville, Kentucky, each WIN chapter allows only one person per business category to join, therefore avoiding competition that might prohibit a healthy flow of ideas and referrals within the group.

WIN4 meets on the 3rd Tuesday of the month for lunch on the second floor of the Louisville Marriott East.
